Privacy policy

Information is collected in one place only — the four-step form at /quote. Nothing is collected anywhere else on the site.

• Name (required) — so a reply can be addressed to a person.
• Phone number (required) — the reply channel for the quote.
• Town or ZIP code — to confirm the address falls inside the Monmouth/Ocean County service area and to estimate travel for a template visit.
• Door type, layout type, and layout notes — the project details needed to price glass.
• Optional notes — anything else volunteered about the project.
• Optional photos (up to four) — to see the opening. Photos are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload, which strips camera EXIF data including any embedded GPS location.
• The page the request came from and the submission timestamp — to understand which page prompted the request and, when the consent box is ticked, when that consent was given.

No account is created. No email address is required. No payment information is ever requested or accepted on this site.

Submissions are stored in a private database and photos in a private storage bucket, both hosted on Lovable Cloud (which runs on Supabase infrastructure). Neither the records nor the photos are publicly readable — the database enforces row-level access rules, and photos are only viewable through short-lived signed links inside a password-protected admin view.

Access is limited to the single administrator account for this site, for the purpose of responding to your quote request.

Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or licensed. It is not shared with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers that operate this site (Lovable Cloud / Supabase for the database and file storage, and the hosting platform that serves these pages) — and those providers process it only to run the service, not for their own marketing.

It is not added to any mailing list, advertising audience, or lead-resale network. It is used to respond to the specific request you submitted, and to keep a record of that request.

This site does not currently offer a public contact channel. There is no published phone number, no email address, and no contact form other than the quote request form itself.

As a direct result, no method to request deletion of your submitted information exists at this time. There is no address to write to and no form to submit a deletion request through. If a deletion-request channel is added in the future, it will be described on this page.

This site uses first-party, cookieless analytics. It records which page URL was viewed, which step of the quote form was reached, and whether a submission completed. Those events are written to this site's own database.

No cookies are set for analytics, no browser fingerprinting is performed, no cross-site advertising or tracking pixels are loaded, no visitor identifier is stored on your device, and no third-party analytics provider (including Google Analytics) receives data. Analytics events contain no name, phone number, notes, or photos, and are not linked to any quote request.

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed to children, and information is not knowingly collected from them.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The current version is always the one published at this URL. Material changes to what is collected will be reflected here before they take effect on the form.
