Privacy policy

Project and contact information is collected through the four-step form at /quote. Separate cookieless analytics events are also collected as described below.

• Name (required) — so a reply can be addressed to a person.
• Phone number (required) — the reply channel for the quote.
• Town or ZIP code — to confirm the address falls inside the Monmouth/Ocean County area and help determine whether a referral may be suitable.
• Door type, layout type, and layout notes — the project details an independent installer may need to assess the request.
• Optional notes — anything else volunteered about the project.
• Optional photos (up to four) — to see the opening. Photos are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload, which strips camera EXIF data including any embedded GPS location.
• The page the request came from and the submission timestamp — to understand which page prompted the request.
• Referral permission wording and time — to record the disclosure you accepted before submitting a new request.

No account is created. No email address is required. No payment information is ever requested or accepted on this site.

Submissions are stored in a private database and photos in a private storage bucket, both hosted on Lovable Cloud. Neither the records nor the photos are publicly readable — the database enforces row-level access rules, and photos are only viewable through short-lived signed links inside a password-protected admin view.

The site administrator can access submitted requests. When you accept the required referral disclosure, the administrator may share your name, phone number, town or ZIP, door and layout details, notes, and uploaded photos with one or more independent shower-door installers so they can decide whether to contact you about the job. This site may be paid for a referral. Older requests without recorded referral permission are not eligible to be passed to installers.

Referred installers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of this site. They receive the request only to consider and respond about the project. Any site visit, measurement, quote, fabrication, installation, payment, warranty, or contract is between you and the installer you choose. An installer may keep its own records under its own legal obligations and privacy practices.

The hosting, database, and file-storage providers also process information as needed to operate and secure the site. The site does not add quote details to an advertising audience or use them for unrelated marketing.

You may ask what information this site holds about you or request deletion. A direct privacy contact for these requests will be published here.

The site may need enough information to verify that the request belongs to you. A deletion request sent to this site does not automatically delete a copy already held by an independent installer; that installer may need to be contacted separately.

This site uses first-party, cookieless analytics. It records which page path was viewed, which step of the quote form was reached, and whether a submission was attempted, succeeded, or failed. Those events are written to this site's own database.

No cookies are set for analytics, no browser fingerprinting is performed, no cross-site advertising or tracking pixels are loaded, no visitor identifier is stored on your device, and no third-party analytics provider (including Google Analytics) receives data. Analytics events contain no name, phone number, notes, or photos, and are not linked to any quote request.

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed to children, and information is not knowingly collected from them.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The current version is always the one published at this URL. Material changes to what is collected will be reflected here before they take effect on the form.
